Lasagna con Amore was founded in the 2023 by Chef Massimo Biatta together with his wife Sonia Giovanazzi. After the consolidated success of their Italian Restaurant Amore Bistrot in Benicia CA where they served as co-founders and head chef , they launched Lasagna con Amore as their newest culinary venture based in Napa CA.
This project was created to bring their authentic Italian cuisine beyond the traditional restaurant setting, serving wineries, private event and celebration throughout the North Bay Area CA.
Lasagna con Amore was born as Food truck and Italian catering concept designed to give full expression to Chef Massimo and Sonia creativity, share the true flavours of Italy and delight every Italian food lover
The mission is simple—to capture the heart of Italy with each dish. From their signature Lasagna Bolognese and Lasagna Pesto to meatballs, fresh salads and handcrafted Italian desserts, every bite tells a story of passion, tradition and Amore.
